1、判断是(shi)相(xiang)线(xian)与零(ling)(ling)(ling)线(xian)间(jian)漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian),还是(shi)相(xiang)线(xian)与大地间(jian)漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian),或者二者兼(jian)而有之。方(fang)法(fa)是(shi)切断零(ling)(ling)(ling)线(xian),若电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表指示(shi)不变,则(ze)是(shi)相(xiang)线(xian)与大地漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian);若电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表指示(shi)为零(ling)(ling)(ling),是(shi)相(xiang)线(xian)与零(ling)(ling)(ling)线(xian)间(jian)漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian);电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表指示(shi)变小但不为零(ling)(ling)(ling),则(ze)是(shi)相(xiang)线(xian)与零(ling)(ling)(ling)线(xian)、相(xiang)线(xian)与大地间(jian)均漏(lou)电(dian)(dian)(dian)。

2、确定(ding)漏(lou)(lou)电(dian)范围。取下(xia)分路(lu)熔断器(qi)或拉开(kai)断路(lu)器(qi),若电(dian)流表指示不变,则(ze)(ze)说明(ming)总(zong)(zong)线(xian)漏(lou)(lou)电(dian);电(dian)流表指示为零(ling),则(ze)(ze)为分路(lu)漏(lou)(lou)电(dian);电(dian)流表指示变小但不为零(ling),则(ze)(ze)表明(ming)是总(zong)(zong)线(xian)、分路(lu)均有漏(lou)(lou)电(dian)。

3、找出(chu)漏电(dian)(dian)点(dian)。经上述检(jian)查(cha),再依次(ci)断开该线(xian)路(lu)灯(deng)(deng)具(ju)的(de)开关,当断开某一(yi)开关时(shi),电(dian)(dian)流表(biao)指示返零,则该分支(zhi)线(xian)漏电(dian)(dian);若变(bian)小则说(shuo)明这一(yi)分支(zhi)线(xian)漏电(dian)(dian)外,还有别处漏电(dian)(dian);若所有灯(deng)(deng)具(ju)开关断开后(hou),电(dian)(dian)流表(biao)指示不变(bian),则说(shuo)明该段干(gan)线(xian)漏电(dian)(dian)。依次(ci)把事(shi)故范围缩小,便可(ke)进一(yi)步(bu)检(jian)查(cha)该段线(xian)路(lu)的(de)接(jie)头(tou)、以(yi)及导线(xian)穿墙(qiang)处等地点(dian)是(shi)否漏电(dian)(dian)。找到漏电(dian)(dian)点(dian)后(hou),应及时(shi)消除漏电(dian)(dian)故障(zhang)。负(fu)载端(duan)开始往前端(duan)一(yi)步(bu)步(bu)检(jian)测,查(cha)看(kan)工作是(shi)线(xian)路(lu)造成(cheng)还是(shi)元件造成(cheng)的(de),就可(ke)以(yi)判断出(chu)来了(le)。排除短路(lu)故障(zhang)点(dian)后(hou),装接(jie)合(he)格的(de)熔丝再送电(dian)(dian)。

如果电动机没有铭牌,又(you)没有转速(su)表,在不拆开电动机的(de)情况下,可用万用表判断(duan)电动机的(de)转速(su)。

用(yong)万用(yong)表的(de)最小毫安档分别接上面已(yi)经判(pan)(pan)断(duan)出来的(de)某一个绕组(zu)的(de)首端和尾端,将转子慢(man)慢(man)匀(yun)速转动(dong)一圈,看万用(yong)表指针摆动(dong)几次,如(ru)果摆动(dong)一次,说明电流正、负变化一个周(zhou)期(qi),可(ke)以(yi)判(pan)(pan)断(duan)它是(shi)2极电动(dong)机。同样理由(you),摆动(dong)2次判(pan)(pan)断(duan)它是(shi)4极电动(dong)机,摆动(dong)3次判(pan)(pan)断(duan)它是(shi)6极电动(dong)机,依次类推。

判断(duan)出电动(dong)机的极(ji)(ji)数,就可(ke)知道它的大(da)致转(zhuan)速(su)(su)(略低(di)于同步转(zhuan)速(su)(su))。电动(dong)机的同步转(zhuan)速(su)(su)与磁极(ji)(ji)数的关(guan)系,在电源频率为50Hz时(shi)基本(ben)可(ke)以这样推(tui)算:二极(ji)(ji)为3000r/min,四极(ji)(ji)为1500r/min,六极(ji)(ji)为1000r/min。

在操作时,万用表(biao)表(biao)笔与端子要保持接触良好(hao)。否则,转动转子的过(guo)程中(zhong)表(biao)针均会(hui)摆动,判断不出结果。

如何用(yong)万用(yong)表查(cha)找电缆(lan)断点(dian)

当(dang)电缆(lan)或电缆(lan)的(de)(de)内(nei)部出现断线故障(zhang)时,由于外部绝缘皮的(de)(de)包裹,使断线的(de)(de)确(que)切位置不易确(que)定。用(yong)(yong)数(shu)字万用(yong)(yong)表可以将(jiang)这(zhei)一难(nan)题轻(qing)松搞定。

具体方法:把(ba)有断(duan)点的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)线(xian)(xian)(电(dian)(dian)(dian)缆(lan))一端(duan)(duan)(duan)接在220V市(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)火(huo)线(xian)(xian)上,另(ling)一端(duan)(duan)(duan)悬空。将(jiang)数字万用(yong)表拔至AC2V挡,从电(dian)(dian)(dian)线(xian)(xian)(电(dian)(dian)(dian)缆(lan))的(de)(de)火(huo)线(xian)(xian)接入(ru)端(duan)(duan)(duan)开始,用(yong)一只手捏(nie)住黑表笔(bi)(bi)的(de)(de)笔(bi)(bi)尖,另(ling)一只手将(jiang)红表笔(bi)(bi)沿(yan)导线(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)绝(jue)缘(yuan)皮(pi)慢(man)慢(man)移(yi)动,此(ci)时显示(shi)屏显示(shi)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)值大(da)约(yue)(yue)为0.445V左右。当红表笔(bi)(bi)移(yi)动到某处时,显示(shi)屏显示(shi)的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)突然下降到0.0几(ji)伏(fu)(大(da)约(yue)(yue)是(shi)原来电(dian)(dian)(dian)压(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)十分之一),从该位(wei)置向前(火(huo)线(xian)(xian)接入(ru)端(duan)(duan)(duan))的(de)(de)大(da)约(yue)(yue)15cm处即是(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)线(xian)(xian)(电(dian)(dian)(dian)缆(lan))断(duan)点所在。

用此(ci)法(fa)检(jian)查屏(ping)蔽(bi)线时(shi),如果仅(jin)仅(jin)是芯线折断而屏(ping)蔽(bi)层没断,则此(ci)法(fa)是无能为力的(de)。
